GrowDirect LLC
GrowDirect LLC is a retail platform company. It builds a canonical retail data model, ships a retail operating system on top of that model (Canary Retail), and delivers engagement work using the CATz methodology to land that platform in SMB specialty retailers with online footprint.
What GrowDirect does
Product. Canary Retail — a retail operating system for small and mid-sized specialty retailers. POS-agnostic by architecture. ARTS- standards native. Ships the modules SMB specialty retail typically lacks (Customer, Device, Asset/Bubble) alongside the modules where SMB tooling is thin (Loss Prevention, Transactions). Method. CATz — the engagement and delivery method by which GrowDirect designs, diagnoses, architects, and delivers retail platform work. This vault.
Services. Engagement-grade delivery wrapped around the Canary Retail product. The leave-behind is not a deck — it's a running SaaS tenant, a custom plugin, and an embedded methodology.

Why CATz is a separate vault
The product (Canary Retail) and the method (CATz) are distinct goods. A retailer can buy the product, the method, or both. A partner can license the method without reselling the product. A potential investor can evaluate the product without seeing the method's operational detail. Separation makes each saleable independently.
